At SwiftXR Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter, “SwiftXR,” “Company,” “us,” or “we”), we respect and protect the privacy of visitors to our website, https://home.swiftxr.io/, and the other websites under the SwiftXR domain (collectively, the “Sites”), and our customers who use our SaaS product, web design software, tools, and related services (together with the Sites, the “Platform”).
This Global Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect visitors’ and users’ information as part of the Platform in accordance with global data protection laws in the US, UK, EU, and EEA (collectively the “Data Protection Laws”). Any discussion of your use of the Platform in this Policy is meant to include your visits and other interactions with the Sites and Platforms, whether or not you are a user of SwiftXR’s SaaS product.
Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in our Terms of Service, including any relevant agreement, policy, or addendum incorporated therein and any amendments or modifications thereto.
By accessing and using our Platform, you signify your acceptance of the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with or are not comfortable with any aspect of this Privacy Policy, you should immediately discontinue access or use of our Platform.
We are constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well, but we will alert you to changes by placing a notice on https://home.swiftxr.io/, by sending you an email, newsletter, and/or by some other means. Please note that if you’ve opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven’t provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes.
Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties, unless such disclosure is necessary for processing of your request, such as creating an account on the Platform (the “SwiftXR Account”), effecting transactions on your SwiftXR Account or to carry out verification procedures.
In order for you to understand SwiftXR’s data protection obligations and your rights to your Personal Information under this Policy, it is important that you identify which relationship(s) you have with SwiftXR.
In this Policy, “Personal Information” means any information relating to an identifiable natural person. Except as described in this Policy, SwiftXR will not give, sell, rent, or loan any Personal Information to any third party.
Personal Information does not include data or information collected, derived, or otherwise generated from the use of the Platform, provided that such data has been anonymized, de-identified, and/or aggregated so as not to identify or permit the identification of any individual (“De-identified Data”). De-identified Data helps us understand trends in usage of the Platform so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor the Platform. In addition to collecting and using De-identified Data ourselves, we may share De-identified Data with third parties, including our customers, partners and service providers, for various purposes, including to help us better understand our customers’ needs and improve the Platform as well as for advertising and marketing purposes.
Where we require your consent to process your personal information, we will ask for your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described further below. We may provide additional "just-in-time" disclosures or information about our data processing practices. These notices may supplement or clarify our privacy practices or may provide you with additional choices about how we process your data.
As a data processor, SwiftXR is not able to provide notice to or obtain consent from Customer End Users. To the extent required by law, SwiftXR supports Customers’ data-protection compliance efforts, but it is up to the Customer to ensure the appropriate data protection safeguards are in place before processing Personal Information from Customer End Users.
